• Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound communications via phone, chat, and email
• Accurately document customer interactions and manage cases from initiation to resolution
• Research customer requests to deliver timely and effective solutions
• Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while assisting customers
• Ensure adherence to the call center’s operational schedule and time-sensitive queues

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three years of customer service experience in roles such as call center, retail, or hospitality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in navigating computers and the internet
• Typing skills of at least 25 words per minute

• Previous experience in the automotive industry or familiarity with automotive products
