Our client based in Guildford are seeking an experienced Customer Service Assistant to join their busy team for the next 6 months. To be considered you must have previous office based experience, within administration and customer service, In return my client offers a friendly working environment and flexibility to work from home a few days per week.

Duties:

Responding to customer emails and calls
Coordinating issues that are raised by customers
Handling calls to and from customers
Record all calls and companies on database
Setting up and coordinating appointments
Attend team meetings when required Requirements:

Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Strong systems skills
Work well under pressure and towards deadlines
