What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries in a busy environment
  • Assist customers with their orders and accounts, providing personalized experiences
  • Offer additional products during each customer interaction to drive sales
  • Manage calls that include confirming refunds, taking payments, and analyzing account data
  • Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor while working from home
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 12 months of service experience in a customer service role
  • Ability to problem-solve and de-escalate situations in a high‑paced call environment
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
  • Ability to sit for long periods and follow computer system requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a remote work environment with a structured schedule
  • Strong communication skills to engage with diverse customer styles, peers, and leaders
  • Technical troubleshooting skills to resolve issues independently, in partnership with IT if necessary
