Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk

The Kroger Company -  -  - Responsibilities:
Select and gather products for online orders with emphasis on freshness and quality.;
Assemble online orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars for pickup.;
Provide a positive customer service experience and communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.;
Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and follow bagging standards; meet productivity standards.;
Assist in training new e-Commerce team members and adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
