Telephone Sales Rep - Remote

• Salary up to $20 per hour with performance-based bonuses
• Retention bonus of $500 available after 7 weeks based on performance

• Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects
• Follow provided and client-approved messaging on every call
• Utilize responsive listening to provide situationally appropriate responses
• Meet and maintain project goals, including efficiency metrics and occupancy ratios
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism throughout all interactions

• Must work full-time day shift Monday to Friday, with additional shifts during peak seasons
• Must be located in the continental United States
• Must own a computer that meets system requirements, along with a USB headset, web camera, and wired internet connection
• Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace for professional interactions
• Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, fundraising, or collections experience

• High school diploma or some college education is a plus
• Strong verbal communication skills with clear voice clarity and tone
• Ability to handle emotional resilience in the face of potential rejection
• Experience with data entry and multitasking while on calls
