• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints through written, telephonic, and face-to-face communication in a timely and accurate manner
• Prepare adjustments for services not properly processed and forward issues for follow-up and resolution
• Meet production, quality, and adherence standards while attending all required training classes
• Elevate issues to the next level of supervision as appropriate
• Maintain accurate records, including timekeeping records

• Must be a US citizen and pass a background check due to Department of Defense (DOD) contract requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under fast-paced conditions

• Experience in customer service within a call-center environment
• Customer service experience in a healthcare-related call-center environment
