An innovative news platform is looking for a Part-Time Customer Experience Specialist to remotely support users while ensuring accurate data management. This position requires exceptional English communication skills and a minimum of 3 years in customer support, ideally in subscription services. You will be responsible for moderating content and providing high-quality customer interactions, while maintaining clarity and empathy. The hourly pay is $30 CAD, and you will work Wednesdays to Sundays, 9 AM to 4 PM (EST).
