As a vital member of our team, you'll:

• Assist our online community by resolving inquiries with empathy, efficiency, and precision.

Become an expert on Facebook products, community standards, and policies.

️ Make balanced decisions and act as a committed advocate for our users, ensuring their voices are heard.

️ Communicate effectively showcasing empathy and professionalism in every interaction.

Investigate and resolve reports on account issues, abusive content, and other user concerns.

Leverage your market knowledge to identify opportunities for scalable solutions and improved user experiences.

Analyze data trends to recommend workflow enhancements and address policy nuances.

️ Enforce community guidelines by monitoring reports and reviewing flagged content within set quality standards.

Spot inefficiencies in workflows and suggest actionable solutions.

What Were Looking For:

Language Proficiency
:
Spanish fluency (C1) and strong English communication skills.

Critical Thinking
:
Solid reasoning and analytical abilities to navigate complex issues.

Education
:
College education or equivalent experience (military background accepted).

Experience
:
Up to 1 year in a BPO or related service environment is a plus.

Cultural Awareness
:
Strong understanding of regional and cultural nuances to support effective policy implementation.
