• Communicate with clients, customers, lien holders, dealerships, and state agencies to facilitate vehicle repurchases
• Handle both inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and mail
• Secure necessary documentation to expedite vehicle return processes
• Track and manage multiple cases through documentation systems
• Provide timely and accurate solutions while maintaining a positive attitude

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of customer service experience in roles involving customer interaction
• Excellent multitasking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Availability to work shifts Monday to Friday during specified hours

• Experience in call center environments or roles in retail, hospitality, or similar customer‑focused industries
