Responsibilities- Support Dutch-speaking clients with inquiries regarding online payment solutions
- Deliver training and assistance on payment system functionalities and best practices
- Resolve issues efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction with prompt solutions
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and support requests
- Work closely with team members to address complex challenges and develop effective solutions
- Collect and analyze client feedback to improve service offerings
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in online payment technology
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
