• Provide exceptional customer service and support for waste treatment and disposal inquiries
• Mentor junior staff and escalate complex issues to enhance customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
• Prepare shipping documents and manage invoicing and collections
• Evaluate waste profiles and determine pricing for disposal services

• 4-7 years of progressively responsible experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in waste disposal or a related field
• Commitment to customer service with the ability to actively listen and resolve issues
• Advanced knowledge of Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Laws and Regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Docu Sign, and PDF writer
• Ability to read and interpret complex documentation and governmental regulations

• Experience in hazardous waste management or related chemistry knowledge
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and data patterns
• Background in scheduling and logistics for waste transportation
