*** What Customer Service Operations contributes to Cardinal Health
*** Customer Operations is responsible for core customer operation processes. These can include customer and vendor contract administration; customer and vendor pricing, rebates, unexpected returns, order entry and processing, customer set up and account maintenance, and servicing customer escalation requests.
*** Job Summary
*** Demonstrates knowledge of customer service processes, return policies, systems, controls, and work streams. Possesses understanding of service level goals and objectives when providing customer support.
*** Responsibilities
* *** Demonstrates experience working in an investigative environment coupled with strong internal controls.
* Works collaboratively to respond to non-standard requests under time-sensitive conditions.
* Possesses strong organizational and time management skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to quickly pivot focus to numerous tasks.
* Potential to collaborate with team members and other functional areas
* Capability to work from home and come in office as needed.
* Ability to work Overtime as needed.
*** Qualifications
* *** 1-3 years of experience preferred
* High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience preferred
* Must live within 1 hour radius of LaVergne, TN for onsite visits
*** What is expected of you and others at this level
**** Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete standard tasks
* Works on routine assignments that require basic problem resolution
* Refers to policies and past practices for guidance
* Receives general direction on standard work; receives detailed instruction on new assignments
