Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join us as Travel Coordinators Home-Based. This home-based opportunity allows you to help clients organize and book travel experiences—from relaxing vacations to complex, multi-destination trips. Whether you're new to the travel industry or looking to grow your skills, we provide full training and support to help you succeed.
As a Travel Coordinator, you’ll work independently with the flexibility to create your own schedule, while using our tools and partnerships to deliver personalized service and support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and organize travel packages including flights, accommodations, cruises, and activities
- Communicate with clients to assess needs and preferences
- Create custom itineraries and provide expert destination advice
- Handle booking confirmations, changes, and documentation
- Maintain contact with travel vendors and stay updated on promotions and offers
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience from inquiry to post-travel follow-up
- Passion for travel and interest in helping others plan trips
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Comfortable using online booking tools and conducting research
- Able to work independently in a remote setting
- No prior travel experience required — training is provided
- Must be 18 years or older and based in the United States
