Position: Sales Support Coordinator - Remote - US

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as the primary contact for non‑revenue related requests from Personal Cruise Consultants (PCC) guests, providing comprehensive information and resolving inquiries
  • Efficiently manage incoming department calls, emails, and voicemails to ensure prompt responses
  • Proactively make outbound calls to PCC guests to enhance communication and guest satisfaction
  • Assign incoming new guest leads evenly among PCCs, adhering to established guidelines
  • Step in to resolve issues in the absence of the assigned PCC, assisting with tasks such as cruise pricing and payment collection
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in customer service or sales roles
  • Experience in the travel and hospitality industry is preferred
  • Experience in a high‑volume call center is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interact positively with individuals at all levels
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with products, POLAR, and Siebel technology
  • Proven track record of personal goal achievement and support to department objectives
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus despite distractions
  • Self‑motivated, quick learner, and a self‑starter
