• Offer top-notch customer support to German-speaking guests via phone, email, and chat
• Help guests with inquiries regarding travel itineraries, accommodation options, activities, and sightseeing opportunities
• Address and resolve customer issues with urgency and care, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction
• Share valuable knowledge about Greece s destinations, culture, and travel options
• Maintain detailed records of guest interactions to improve service offerings and guest experiences
• Collaborate with the internal team to coordinate effective solutions and services for guests

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written);
  English proficiency is highly desirable
• Experience in customer service, ideally in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
• A good understanding of Greece and its tourism industry is a plus
• A genuine love for travel and helping others shape their experiences
• Must be able to work remotely while being available during specified support hours
• Willingness to relocate to Greece (relocation costs covered by the company)
