Virtual Banker - Evenings

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Evening Virtual Banker provides professional digital banking support to customers outside of standard business hours. This role focuses on resolving service issues, managing account inquiries, and delivering prompt, accurate assistance.

• Deliver exceptional service via online and phone channels.
• Process deposits, transfers, and account updates accurately.
• Handle after-hours inquiries and resolve service issues.
• Educate customers on mobile and online banking features.
• Maintain compliance with all security protocols and policies.
