Customer Care Specialist

Employer Industry: Life Insurance

• Salary up to $45,000 plus the ability to earn a 5% annual bonus

• Build rapport with customers and resolve requests on first contact by asking probing questions
• Educate customers about their life insurance policies
• Handle various problems independently while seeking guidance in complex situations
• Balance time effectively to meet expected service levels
• Utilize multiple systems and tools to achieve established goals, including customer experience metrics

• 1+ years of customer service experience or an undergraduate degree in lieu of experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to attend mandatory training without interruption
• Availability to work any 8-hour shift within business hours, Monday to Friday
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with insurance or annuity servicing financial products, hospitality, or retail sales
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
