A leading tax software company is seeking a Turbo Tax Product Expert to assist customers during tax season from anywhere in the United States. This role involves providing comprehensive customer support and ensures a seamless experience for users of Turbo Tax. Strong communication skills and empathy towards customer needs are crucial. Flexible scheduling allows you to work anytime between 8 AM and midnight EST.
A starting pay of $18.50 per hour with bonuses for certification is offered.
