Job Description
We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Specialists
. In this role, you will assist clients with planning, coordinating, and booking personalized experiences while delivering high-quality customer service throughout the entire process.
This remote opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy helping others, value flexibility, and are comfortable working independently. No prior industry experience is required, as comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with planning and coordinating personalized experiences, including vacations, cruises, celebrations, and special events
- Provide professional and timely customer support via phone, email, text, and online platforms
- Research destinations, accommodations, and service options based on client needs and preferences
- Coordinate and manage reservations such as lodging, transportation, and packaged experiences
- Communicate clearly with clients before, during, and after their experience
- Respond to questions, changes, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client interactions and bookings
- Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable using computers, email, and web-based systems
- Reliable internet access and phone availability
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, support, or related roles is helpful but not required
