Job Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to secure enrollments in energy-saving programs
  • Drive success in a high-volume, outbound sales environment using a fast-paced dialer
  • Meet daily outbound sales production and monthly quality goals
  • Identify customer eligibility and consistently close enrollments
  • Actively participate in team training sessions and contribute to team growth in a remote setting
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 6 months of previous experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Experience handling inbound or outbound voice calls
  • Ability to type 35+ words per minute
  • No attendance or punctuality concerns
Preferred Qualifications
  • Call center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer service satisfaction
  • Bilingual skills to assist Spanish-speaking customers
  • Ability to thrive in an intensive work environment while navigating multiple platforms simultaneously
