[Customer Service / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $66,900 per year / Health, dental & vision / 401k match / PTO - As a Customer Support Rep at Allegion, you will:
Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers in a timely and professional manner;
Provide positive customer experiences to help troubleshoot basic technical problems;
Guide customers through how-to-related inquiries such as installation, app setup, product registration, etc;
Document all customer interactions and update customer records with accurate information;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and resolve issues.
