Position: Spanish Bilingual Customer Retention Specialist - (Pacific Time Hours)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Educate and support customers requesting to cancel their policy through inbound calls and email
  • Manage high call volumes while maintaining empathy, efficiency, and productivity
  • De-escalate challenging situations using strong communication skills and embodying the employer's core values
  • Build authentic connections by tailoring communication styles to meet individual customer needs
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system and manage time effectively to provide exceptional service
Requirements (Qualifications)
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer retention, account management, or similar roles in a fast-paced call center environment
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
  • Proven ability to handle cancellations and renew services successfully
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Property and Casualty (P&C) licensing is a plus
  • Experience working remotely in a private setting with reliable hard-wired internet connection
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and comfort using technology independently
  • Demonstrated success in retaining customers and handling sensitive situations with empathy
