Pipe Doctor Plumbing is hiring a remote CSR - Customer Service Rep in Tampa, FL for a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 7 AM and 4 PM.
This role is rewarding because your work directly improves customer experience and team performance-every call, every dispatch, every detail, all while earning $20,000 – $25,000 per year from the comfort of your own home!

As a CSR - Customer Service Rep, you're the trusted voice customers hear first-answering inbound calls with professionalism, building rapport, and accurately capturing job details. You'll schedule and dispatch service calls with precision, weighing urgency, availability, and location to keep the day running smoothly. You document every detail in the CRM-calls, job notes, and customer information-so techs and management have what they need.
Through clear communication and timely follow-ups, you support the entire operation, ensuring customers feel confident, technicians are prepared, and the team stays aligned.
Here's What We Need From You:
- Phone-based customer service experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Professional and calm phone presence
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated remote work environment
Having plumbing or home service dispatch experience, sales or booking experience with inbound calls, a familiarity with scheduling or dispatching using Field Pulse or Service Titan software, and the ability to manage multiple calls in a fast-paced environment is a plus!
