Are you ready to step into a role that keeps our Aftersales Finance & Insurance program running smoothy and makes a real impact every day? As Steele Auto Group’s new Protection Plan Program Specialist
, you’ll provide essential support across multiple dealerships, managing data, administrative tasks, and customer engagement to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a seamless experience for every customer.

This opportunity is suited to someone who enjoys organization, working with data and systems, and playing a key support role within a growing program. You will collaborate with internal teams, connect with customers, and help keep processes moving smoothly behind the scenes.

Compensation
: $40,000 - $45,000, based on experience and capabilities.

Location
:
Flexible blend of in office and remote work, as required.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Enter and maintain accurate customer, contract, and deal data across systems including PBS and First Canadian logs
  • Support reconciliation between sold deals, referrals, and reporting tools
  • Facilitate the signing of protection plan contracts and manage the follow-up process for all outstanding items.
  • Communicate professionally with customers by email, text, and phone
  • Review customer engagement in PBS and determine next steps, including calls or lead transfers
  • Build and manage follow up lists for aged leads, lease end customers, and prior Aftersales clients
  • Review campaigns and guides prior to launch to ensure links, forms, and flows are working correctly
  • Track Aftersales deals and referrals, flagging gaps or missing information to the Aftersales FI Leader
  • Other duties as needed from Management

Automotive, finance, or dealership experience is an asset, but not required.
