Base pay range$35,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr
CompensationEnjoy the freedom of a flexible, remote schedule while unlocking exclusive travel perks and discounts. Earnings are performance-based, with uncapped potential. Many of our coordinators typically earn $500 - $2,000+ per month
, depending on bookings and dedication.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable cruise packages tailored to their preferences
- Manage the complete booking process, including accommodations, dining, and excursions
- Provide exceptional customer service by quickly addressing inquiries and keeping clients informed
- Foster lasting relationships with clients to encourage future bookings and referrals
- Keep up-to-date with cruise industry news, trends, and promotions to inform and assist clients better
- A strong passion for travel and the cruise industry
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects effectively
- Comfortable using digital tools and technology to assist clients
- Self-driven, with the ability to work independently in a home office setting
- Previous customer service or travel industry experience is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key!
