Position: Remote Customer Service Representative - Must Reside in NY (Starting 2/23/2026)

Overview

Build Your Future! Join our thriving team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. Must reside in New York state and will receive a virtual interview via Verint after application submission. This remote position offers a competitive hourly rate of $16.50 and paid training starting Monday, February 23, 2026. Training hours are Monday‑Friday 8am‑4:30pm EST, followed by regular hours Monday‑Friday 10am‑9pm EST and Saturday 7am‑5pm EST.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries and ensure accurate account documentation in the client system.
  • Provide detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers.
  • Adhere to State and Federal regulations and work with delinquent accounts according to state guidelines.
  • Utilize exceptional communication skills to meet client and customer goals.

Key Results Areas:

  • Maintain an average inbound handle time.
  • Achieve quality assurance goals.
  • Adhere to production measures such as time spent on calls and schedule adherence.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, effectively communicates with outside parties, and has strong call handling skills with a high level of professionalism. A strong focus on exemplary shift attendance and the ability to learn software applications is required. A high school graduate or equivalent is required. Proficiency with Microsoft applications is necessary.

For Remote Positions:

  • Broadband internet connection (no DSL or Dial Up).
  • Hard wired connection required (no Wi‑Fi or hotspots).
  • Speed test results: 25 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload.

Camera requirements: Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches).
