Inside Sales Rep – Financial; Remote

• Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
• Ask probing questions to understand customer needs
• Persuade customers to consider additional products and/or services
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases for effective customer management
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude

• Minimum of 3 months of soft sales experience (upselling, telemarketing, etc.)
• Basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, and building relationships
• Open availability and a quiet, distraction-free home work environment
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge

• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to fast-paced environments
• Experience working in a remote setting
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
