- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate technology

- Availability to work during specified hours, with a schedule changing every 3 months based on performance
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
- Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
