Must have experience in Banking AND Call Centers.

All applicants must be fluent in French and English.

• $20/hr + $5/hour shift premium after 9 pm

Our Financial Customer Service & Collections Representatives handle inbound and outbound customer interactions while maintaining a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service, sensitivity, and urgency.

• Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM EST
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
• Sunday: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST

• Must speak French / Doit parler français
• Must have banking and call center experience
• Quiet workspace at home with high speed internet / Espace de travail calme à la maison avec Internet a haute vitesse
