• Assist customers by reserving the best storage unit that fits their individual needs
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
• Connect quickly and effectively with customers over the phone

• Participate in training and coaching sessions to improve performance

• Previous experience in sales or customer service
• Ability to connect with customers over the phone
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Windows applications
• High school diploma or GED
• Must pass background and drug screening

• Experience in a sales-focused environment
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
• Availability to work some weekends
