Inbound Customer Service Agent-Bodewell (Remote)

How You'll Create PossibilitiesAs an Inbound Customer Service Agent with ASI/GE Appliances, you will provide direct support to GE Appliances Owners with a strong focus on sales and service. Responsibilities include providing product information, registration support, as well as service, parts, delivery, and dealer location inquiries. Concierge agents will provide resolution to owner issues through troubleshooting, sales, service, referrals and providing minor concessions. This position will provide limited support to Non-GE Appliance branded appliance owners.
Responsibilities- Shift: 4x10 schedule (4 days a week, 10 hours per day):
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:00–6:30 pm (CST). Thursday & weekends off. - Base rate of $15.00/hour plus incentives based on quality scores; paid weekly.
- 5-week full-time training:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (CST). Commitment to all training days is mandatory. - Starting week 6 training: 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week, between 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM (CST) with Thursdays and weekends off.
- Role may require participation in a shift bid twice a year to change schedules during business hours (7am–7pm CST). Availability to work any shift within business hours is required.
After 9 weeks of training, you will use Windows-based programs and internal applications to:
- Drive owner-focused solutions for customer issues by handling incoming calls, emails, chats or inquiries and providing answers related to product information, service, pre & post purchase and sales of parts, products and services.
- Follow established guidelines; when needed, escalate to concessions in the owner’s best interest using GE Appliances contact center systems.
- Create, update and retrieve owner records for logging facts surrounding complaints, actions and resolutions.
- Provide feedback to Quality and Training to improve training materials and processes.
- Adhere to safety policies to ensure a safe work environment.
- Support other parts of the business as directed.
