• Experience in sales or customer service
• Ability to connect with customers over the phone
• Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass background and drug screening

• Previous experience in a remote sales or customer service role
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others
• Familiarity with the self-storage industry
