Hours:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

Location:

Wichita, MO | This is a Hybrid position, requiring 2-3 days in office weekly. Remote work equipment will be provided after in-office training is complete.

We are currently seeking a full-time Client Intake Specialist to help us connect with individuals who may benefit from our legal services. This role is ideal for someone who excels at phone communication, builds rapport easily, and brings care and professionalism to every interaction.

Responsibilities
  • Clearly present and explain the firm’s legal services to prospective clients
  • Make outbound calls and follow up with individuals who have expressed interest in legal assistance
  • Achieve client onboarding and outreach goals within established timelines
  • Address client questions and concerns with empathy, professionalism, and clarity
  • Schedule appointments and maintain consistent follow-up to ensure a seamless client experience
Qualifications
  • Confident, compassionate phone presence with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Skilled in guiding conversations and maintaining appropriate pacing
  • Consistently treats each call with care, attention, and professionalism—regardless of the time of day
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with client database systems
  • Prior experience in phone-based customer service or sales preferred
  • Strong rapport-building skills and the ability to foster meaningful connections over the phone
  • Highly organized, able to multitask, and consistently meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
