- Act as a point of escalation for customer inquiries and complaints, providing thorough research and resolution
- Interact with customers through inbound and outbound calls to acknowledge and update them on their inquiries
- Identify emerging trends in customer issues and notify relevant leaders
- Provide detailed written and verbal responses to customer inquiries, including composing letters and emails
- Manage a pipeline of assigned cases while ensuring compliance with critical dates and maintaining accurate documentation
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience, particularly in supporting customer escalations and written interactions
- Extensive knowledge of the employer's products and services
- Strong organizational, time management, research, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Experience in a customer service role within the mortgage or real estate industry
- Proven ability to adapt communication style to meet customer needs
- Familiarity with computerized data entry systems and relevant applications
- Skills in conflict resolution, negotiation, and critical thinking
- Experience with customer onboarding and training/product demonstrations
