[Customer Service / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / $22.60 per hour + bonuses / Medical, dental & vision / PTO - As a Customer Support Rep at Foodsmart, you will:
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat;
Assist customers with placing orders, navigating the website, and using the Foodsmart app;
Educate customers on product offerings, promotions, and delivery options;
Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate customer concerns;
Document all interactions and maintain accurate customer records;
Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
