• Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in a professional and timely manner

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Experience with data entry using a computer
• Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with computer applications

• One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or related fields within a contact center environment
• Ability to type at least 20 words per minute with accuracy
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
