What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Resolve escalated customer service issues to create an outstanding service experience for consumers
  • Follow up with customers via phone, email, or text to address appliance-related concerns
  • Negotiate and implement concessions that are in the best interest of both customers and the employer
  • Gather and manage data related to customer complaints and suggest resolutions to management

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of escalated customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple online applications
