• Gather and manage data related to customer complaints and suggest resolutions to management
• Complete consumer reviews for satisfaction before closing cases

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
• Minimum of 2 years of escalated customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Moderate to advanced computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple online applications

• Previous experience working from home
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to effectively multitask
• Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and time management skills
• Passion for helping customers and problem-solving
• Ability to handle high-volume calls while managing multiple online applications
