Remote Planning Consultant

Overview

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented Remote Travel Planning Consultants to assist clients with designing and coordinating memorable travel experiences. In this role, you'll support travelers with planning and booking a wide range of trips, including all-inclusive resorts, cruises, theme park vacations, group travel, and international itineraries. Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand travel goals, preferences, timelines, and budgets

Research destinations, accommodations, flights, activities, and travel packages

Provide knowledgeable recommendations on resorts, cruises, excursions, and travel protection options

Coordinate and confirm reservations for flights, lodging, cruises, transportation, and vacation packages

Prepare detailed itineraries and manage booking documentation and updates

Stay informed on supplier offerings, promotions, and destination updates through ongoing training

Support clients before, during, and after travel to ensure a smooth experience

Maintain accurate client records, notes, and booking details

Qualifications

Interest in travel and helping clients plan successful trips

Strong communication and customer service skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Comfortable learning new systems and tools (training provided)

Self-directed, dependable, and able to work independently in a remote setting

Previous experience in travel, hospitality, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required
