Role DescriptionWe are looking for home based planners that are looking to make a career as a travel planner a full time career. Travel Planners will be responsible for organizing personalized travel arrangements, managing trip details, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include coordinating itineraries, offering expert travel advice, managing reservations, and supporting clients in all aspects of their travel plans.
Additionally, the role involves engaging in sales to promote our services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively assist and engage with clients
- Proficiency in Travel Management and Travel Arrangement skills to plan and organize seamless trips
- Experience in Sales with the ability to promote services and build client relationships
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong knowledge of Disney Destinations & Universal Parks is a requirement. Experience in other destinations is a bonus!
