Tager Appliance Repair is a well-established, locally owned appliance-repair company with hundreds of 5-star reviews. We’re looking for a reliable, part-time Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls and scheduling during our busiest morning hours.

• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Total: ~22 hours per week
• Consistent schedule (not on-call)

• $13–$15 per hour

• Answer inbound customer calls
• Schedule service appointments accurately
• Gather customer and appliance details
• Take payments and document jobs correctly
• Communicate clearly with technicians and management
• Deliver calm, professional customer service

• Strong phone skills and clear communication
• Reliable attendance and punctuality (non-negotiable)
• Comfortable with computers, email, and scheduling software
• Ability to multitask and follow systems
• Customer service or call-center experience preferred
• Home-service experience is a plus, not required

• Office-based during training
