Position: Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Online Streaming Service Department

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dynamic Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Online Streaming Service Department. In this key role, you will cater to our Spanish-speaking customers, helping them navigate our online streaming services with ease and efficiency. Your ability to connect with clients in their preferred language will play a crucial role in enhancing their viewing experience.

You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing detailed information about our streaming offerings. Your expertise will greatly influence customer satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced digital environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat regarding our online streaming services
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions to enhance user experience
  • Guide customers through setup processes, subscription questions, and content inquiries
  • Maintain a comprehensive record of interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with technical support and content teams to resolve more complex customer issues
  • Gather and relay customer feedback for continuous service improvement
  • Stay updated on current trends in online streaming and service changes
  • Proficient in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Prior experience in customer service, especially related to online services, is preferred
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Passion for online streaming and an understanding of the entertainment industry
  • Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
