• Place a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to the employer's services
• Clearly explain the employer's value and guide pet owners through the steps of becoming customers
• Overcome objections and handle questions with professionalism and expertise in the employer's services
• Track and manage outreach activity using internal tools to ensure timely follow-up and maintain accurate records
• Share feedback and insights with teammates to help refine outreach strategies

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally with outbound calling, inside sales, or customer engagement responsibilities
• Comfort handling a large number of phone calls each day
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to each conversation
• Familiarity with computer and web-based tools

• Experience in a virtual work environment with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
