We are seeking talented SPANISH BILINGUAL PROFESSIONALS for our remote Orkin Customer Contact Center. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays to ensure we have consistent support for our customers.

Responsibilities- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
- Support our field's peak season that starts building around February
- During peak season you can expect heavy call volume
- Manage the customer relationship to ensure best in class service
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
- Assist customers by offering remedies to retain business
- Work remotely from your home office. (We will provide the computer and other equipment necessary to be successful in this role)
- Use different gamification tools to measure performance
- Variety of Schedules (Schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays)
- A quality Training Program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge to be successful. Must be available to attend training Mon - Fri from 9am - 6pm EST

- Great pay and incentives ($17.73/hour minimum plus potential for commissions)

- Orkin’s Contact Center is a high energy, fun and collaborative work environment with strong management
- High School/GED
- 1 – 2 years commissioned sales and customer service experience; direct sales/phone sales in or out of a call center environment preferred
- Bilingual (Fluent communicating in the English and Spanish language including written and oral)

- Appropriate workspace in your home, private/semiprivate home-office space free of distractions and background noise
- A workspace with adequate furnishings (e.g., a desk and chair) and lighting
- Minimum of 50 mbps download/20 mpbs upload high speed internet connection, with the ability to hard wire directly to a modem. Speed test must be completed via
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer skills in various software and web-based applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working in a high-volume role
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
