• Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in a professional manner
• Identify customer needs and resolve issues effectively
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer claims in the system

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Experience with data entry and computer systems
• Ability to work scheduled shifts and maintain punctuality
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills

• One (1) year of experience in customer service or technical support in a contact center environment
