• Ability to pass a computer assessment and complete a Culture Index assessment
• Verification of internet speed with a minimum of 50 mbps download and 20 mbps upload
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications
• Strong computer skills in various software and web-based applications
• Comfortable working in a high-volume role
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time efficiently
• Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns
