About the RoleCustomer Administrator I is an entry‑level position responsible for retrieving and fulfilling standard Data Management requests under the direction of the Lead and Supervisor.
Your Impact- Nationally support all business units on Oracle/S21 that use the Customer Database and Install Base.
- Retrieve equipment orders from CRM and documentation systems, perform customer maintenance, and provide accurate updates in a timely manner.
- Process requests from the Data Management mailbox, update systems, and return necessary information to requestors.
- Collaborate with ancillary departments to resolve customer database issues and guide others to meet customer needs.
- Receive and resolve customer care tickets from all departments and complete them to satisfaction.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus less than one year of related experience.
- Must be able to work overtime at month‑end.
- Must be capable of extended periods seated and working on computer monitors.
- Capable of learning problem‑solving skills from direction.
- Professional oral and written communication skills.
- Basic Excel skills required.
- Capable of working well in a team environment.
Base salary range: $17.20 - $21.84 hourly.
Workstyle DescriptionHybrid – full‑time with a schedule requiring office presence three days a week and an option to work from home the remainder of the week, unless a specific business need arises requiring in‑office attendance on other days. Reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.
