Sales Representative – Purewick RX Specialist

• Manage the end-to-end intake and reorder processes for Purewick reimbursement customers.
• Communicate the features and benefits of the Pure Wick™ system to customers with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in CRM and call tracking systems.
• Meet departmental targets for call volume, sales goals, and customer satisfaction while adhering to quality standards.
• Collaborate across the organization to support customers and maintain a positive work atmosphere.

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) with 1 to 2 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Knowledge of Word Processing software, Excel, Access, and/or other database software.
• Strong attention to detail in all tasks and projects.

• Experience with Salesforce and Brightree.
• Intermediate math skills for calculations and financial understanding.
• Ability to handle a variety of variables in problem-solving scenarios.
