What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Handle inquiries from commercial customers regarding past due accounts and facilitate acceptable payment arrangements
  • Follow federal, state, and local regulations while adhering to company credit and collection policies
  • Utilize multiple tools and systems to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Explain billing cycles, fees, and charges to ensure customer understanding
  • Maintain professionalism and ethical behavior while managing customer interactions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage stressful situations and diffuse customer complaints
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience working in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with the company's products and services, including Cable TV, Internet, and Phone
  • Proven ability to exceed performance metrics and goals
