This remote position allows you to enjoy the beautiful Greek surroundings while making a positive impact in customer service.
Your Role- Provide exceptional support to German-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled with professionalism and care
- Communicate effectively through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Familiarize yourself with our client systems to provide high-quality service efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies suitable for remote work
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently from a (remote) location based in Greece
