About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative
, you will be the main point of contact for assigned clients, proactively addressing concerns, managing expectations, and resolving issues efficiently. You’ll handle escalations involving clients and agents, monitor retention trends, and collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Leadership. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering a seamless client experience while helping to grow and shape our Client Success department.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, making a direct impact on retention and satisfaction
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Leadership
Help shape and improve Client Success processes and workflows

What You’ll Do- Client Advocacy: Serve as the main contact for assigned clients, proactively addressing concerns and managing expectations
- Issue Resolution: Handle client issues and escalations efficiently, maintaining professionalism and compliance
- Retention Monitoring: Track client engagement, feedback, and retention trends to identify risks and opportunities
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to resolve issues and improve client satisfaction
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and scaling of Client Success processes, workflows, and SOPs
- Documentation & Reporting: Accurately document all client interactions, escalations, and resolutions
- Experienced in client success, account management, or customer support
- Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Emotionally intelligent, professional, and able to stay calm under pressure
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (1-hour lunch: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM EST)
